CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
We are searching for an experienced CSU Assistant at our MSC India - Pune facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assisting and providing backup for Manish and Nikhil
2. HAZ approval, finalization and HAZ booking – to be handled separately
3. Backup for COD / post-DTX corrections
4. Backup for MFTC, detention waiver requests and EMC requests received from POL/TSP/POD
5. Backup for wrong invoice escalations
6. POD communication for necessary pre-booking / post-DTX approvals
7. BL release
8. Telex release
9. Seaway BL amendments
10. Additional invoicing
11. Tracking
12. Hot load communication
13. EPR invoicing
Required Qualifications
