Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory & License Compliance
· Act as Qualified Person/Competent Person on the branch Drug License
· Ensure storage and sale of drugs as per guidelines
· Supervise handling of cold chain products and maintain 2–8°C temperature logs
· Handle Drug Inspector visits, audits, and documentation for license renewals
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
· Oversee inward, storage, and outward operations as per GDP norms
· Ensure FEFO/FIFO compliance. Monitor near-expiry, expired, and NSQ stock
· Maintain inventory accuracy. Conduct regular physical verification
· Supervise destruction of expired drugs as per D&C Act with proper records
3. Order Fulfilment & Logistics
· Manage delivery to retailers, hospitals, and institutions
· Ensure no sale of prescription drugs without valid prescription
· Monitor undelivered orders, returns, and recall execution
· Manage delivery fleet and ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive products
4. Team & Cost Management
· Manage warehouse, billing, and delivery team. Train staff
· Control pilferage, damage, and operational costs
· Ensure safety, hygiene, and pest control in warehouse premises
5. Coordination & MIS
· Coordinate with sales team for stock planning of ethical/generic portfolio
· Liaise with HO Purchase for replenishment and with QA for NSQ/recall actions
· Share daily MIS: Dispatch, Stock-outs, Near-expiry, Cold chain deviations
Mandatory Qualifications
Education: B.Pharm / D.Pharm with valid registration in State Pharmacy Council – Mandatory
Experience: 5–8 years in pharma distribution/C&F operations with min 2 years as branch Ops head
License: Should be eligible to be named as Competent Person on Drug License
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
