Role: Freelance HR - Sales Hiring
Focus: Exclusively sourcing and hiring Sales/BD Executives (overseas) for PixelSpice. No other profiles.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist overseas sales candidates
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with founder
- Manage candidate pipeline till successful onboarding
Requirements:
- Proven experience specifically hiring sales/BD roles (not generalist HR)
- Strong understanding of overseas sales hiring - sourcing channels, evaluation criteria
- Access to platforms/networks for sales talent (Upwork, LinkedIn, sales communities, referral networks)
Engagement: Freelance, remote
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹33,182.99 per month
