Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and educational content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Write captions, hashtags, and content copies for social media posts.
- Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content strategies.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
