BandLadder is a fast-growing, AI-powered ed-tech company specializing in English proficiency exam prep. We are looking for a driven Social Media Manager to take the reins of our established digital presence—including our 65k+ strong Instagram community—and skyrocket our follower base to new heights.
The Role
You will be the voice and creative engine behind our brand across all major platforms. Your primary focus will be designing engaging, high-quality content that resonates with students aiming for study abroad and PR opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Take full ownership of our Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) accounts.
- Daily Content Creation: Design and publish high-quality, daily posts centered around IELTS, PTE, Study Abroad, and PR.
- Video & Reel Production: Coordinate directly with our expert trainers to brainstorm, direct, and edit highly engaging Reels and short-form video content.
- Aggressive Growth Strategy: Develop and execute innovative campaigns to rapidly grow our follower base, boost organic reach, and drive engagement.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral audio to keep our content relevant and high-performing.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community growth.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with our training team.
- Bonus: Prior experience or understanding of the Ed-Tech, IELTS/PTE, or Study Abroad niche.
Terms of Employment
This is a performance-driven role. You will initially join us on a 1-month observation/probation period. We want to see your strategies in action and the tangible growth you can bring to the table. Upon successful completion of this month with proven results, you will be officially onboarded as a full-time employee.
Meritocratic Remuneration: We operate on a dynamic compensation structure. Your salary will be subject to continuous, performance-linked increments. We ensure that your financial trajectory scales synergistically with the quantifiable digital growth, engagement metrics, and overall brand equity you deliver to the company.
