About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and billing work. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation of accounts and bills
- Support senior accountant in monthly and yearly accounts
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
