We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for the
role of Business Development Executive (BDE) in SaaS Sales. The candidate will be
responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining software
solutions, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead
generation, and follow-ups
Pitch SaaS products and services to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable software solutions
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of SaaS sales or IT/software sales (Telesales required)
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate from any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, SaaS sales, IT sales, or B2B sales preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
