Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Training & Placement Executive to support student employability and placement activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, Campus Placements, Training Coordination, or Student Relations.
The candidate will be responsible for building corporate relationships, coordinating placement drives, conducting employability initiatives, and guiding students throughout the placement process.
Key Responsibilities
Placement & Recruitment Activities:-
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Generate placement opportunities for students through corporate tie-ups.
- Coordinate campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters.
- Track student placement status and maintain placement records.
Corporate Relations :-
- Identify and approach new companies for hiring partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.
- Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, and networking events.
- Promote student profiles to potential employers.
Training & Student Development :-
- Coordinate aptitude, soft skills, communication, and interview preparation sessions
- Conduct resume-building and career guidance activities.
- Monitor student participation and placement readiness.
- Guide students on career opportunities and job market trends.
Administration & Reporting:-
- Maintain student and recruiter databases.
- Prepare placement reports, MIS, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain records of training sessions, placements, and employer feedback.
- Ensure timely documentation and process compliance.
Referred Candidate Profile :-
- Experience in Educational Institutes, Training Institutes, Colleges, Universities, Staffing Firms, or Recruitment Agencies.
- Prior experience in Campus Placements, Student Placement, Corporate Relations, or Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
- Confident in interacting with students, parents, and corporate HR professionals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
