About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance People & Operations Associate to support our day-to-day people and operational activities. This is a flexible, part-time role suited for someone who enjoys working with startups and can help keep key processes running smoothly.
You will work closely with the founder and team on recruitment, onboarding, documentation, coordination, and general operational support as needed.
What will you do?
- Support recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records.
- Help prepare payroll inputs, leave tracking, and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and external partners for documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain trackers, SOPs, and internal process documents.
- Provide general people and operations support based on business needs.
Who can apply?
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Administration, or Operations.
- Experience with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic HR tools.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Prior startup experience is a plus.
