Role Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Executive with hands-on Xero experience to manage bookkeeping, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and debtor follow-ups for Aaditya Transport and Aaditya Rental (Australia).
The role requires strong attention to detail, confidence in chasing payments, and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Xero & Bookkeeping
Manage Xero accounting system daily
Reconcile bank feeds and allocate transactions
Raise invoices and process credit notes
Match incoming payments to invoices
Maintain clean and accurate chart of accounts
Assist with monthly financial summaries
Accounts Receivable & Debt Collection
Monitor aged receivables reports
Follow up on overdue invoices via calls and email
Maintain structured collection follow-up logs
Coordinate with operations regarding payment disputes
Escalate serious overdue accounts
Reporting & Accuracy
Prepare weekly debtor and cash position reports
Identify discrepancies and resolve quickly
Maintain organised financial documentation

Skills Required
2+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounts
Hands-on Xero experience (mandatory)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
