The Role:
As an Onboarding Executive, you'll be the face of Second Hugs to sellers on the ground. Your job is to find sellers who already sell regularly, convince them to list and sell through Second Hugs, and walk them through onboarding until they're live and selling.
This is a field-first role - expect to be out meeting sellers in person, not just calling them.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and approach sellers, wholesalers, and shop owners who sell regularly
- Pitch Second Hugs and clearly explain the value of listing and selling on the platform
- Meet sellers in person across Kolkata - field visits are a core part of the role
- Own qualified leads end-to-end: first contact → pitch → sign-up → complete onboarding
- Guide new sellers through listing their products and going live on the platform
- Build strong relationships so sellers stay active and keep growing with us
- Hit weekly/monthly onboarding targets and keep your pipeline updated
What We're Looking For:
- Freshers welcome - no minimum experience required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Bengali + Hindi/English strongly preferred for the Kolkata market)
- Confident, people-first, and target-driven - you enjoy meeting new people and closing deals
- Comfortable with daily field work and local travel across Kolkata
- A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and follow through.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
