Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, attendance, employee engagement, documentation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to developing a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain the recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Employee Onboarding
- Manage the joining process for new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Complete onboarding documentation and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate probation confirmations and employee documentation.
- Maintain HRMS and employee databases.
- Issue experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in employee welfare initiatives and recognition programs.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation and performance review cycles.
- Track employee KPIs and appraisal schedules.
- Assist managers in maintaining performance documentation.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support statutory compliance documentation wherever applicable.
- Maintain HR records and reports as required by management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fresh MBA (HR) graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations will be an added advantage.
