ob Responsibilities
- Operate CNC woodworking machines for modular furniture and interior manufacturing.
- Load CNC programs and ensure accurate machining of plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, and other wood-based materials.
- Read and interpret production drawings, cutlists, and machining files.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure precision and quality.
- Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with the design, cutlist, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all machine safety and factory operating procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines in woodworking, modular furniture, or interior manufacturing.
- Ability to read technical drawings, cutlists, and production documents.
- Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, and maintenance.
- Understanding of wood-based materials such as plywood, MDF, HDF, particle board, and laminates.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a modular furniture or interior manufacturing factory.
- Familiarity with CNC nesting workflows and production processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
