Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling property viewings, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Promote real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and budget.
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers to nurture leads.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
