Pump Manager
Location: Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Pump Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our petrol pump. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in fuel retail operations, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the petrol pump.
- Manage and supervise pump staff, attendance, and duty rosters.
- Monitor fuel stock, dip readings, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Coordinate daily banking and cash deposits.
- Maintain records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Promote sales of lubricants and other value-added products.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with oil company officials and support inspections and audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the outlet.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in petrol pump operations or fuel retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
