Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries about paramedical and management courses, admissions, and fee structure.
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors professionally.
- Maintain student records, admission documents, and office files accurately.
- Assist the relationship manager and administration team with admissions, scheduling appointments, and student registrations.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the academy.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students.
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, email, and data entry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
- Professional and positive customer service attitude.
- Prior experience in front office, administration, or student counselling is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
