1 Preparing concept drawing based on tender documents & drawings
2 Facade Design Engineer Understanding the job Scope and System
3 Providing BOQ to Estimation team for quote
4 Visit on site & do the site measurement, if required
B Reviewing & Finalizing Drawings
1 Review the facade structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawing
2 Preparing basic shop drawing communicate to project team
3 Effect any alterations on shop drawings in co-ordination with Project Managers
4 Facade Design Engineer Preparation of Isometric drawings
C Project Coordination
1 Provide approved detailed shop drawings to concern team
2 Providing Material Take Off (MTO) to purchase with component schedule (profiles /gaskets/accessories/hardware schedule).
3 Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders and material indents.
4 Facade Design Engineer Prepare as built drawings in coordination with Project.
D Value Addition
1 Achieving productivity improvement with value added operations
2 Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation, Maintenance Cost
3 Innovative Idea
