Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships in the infrastructure and precast construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Travel across India (and occasionally internationally) as required.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to Sehore (Near Bhopal), Madhya Pradesh.
Salary: ₹80,000–₹90,000/month (In-hand)
