About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
Support performance management and training initiatives
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Familiarity with HR software/tools
Strong attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
