Position Overview
Futurism Technologies is looking for a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our Infrastructure Management Services and Cyber Security Services practice.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving technology vision, business growth, delivery excellence, client success, and service innovation across NOC, SOC, infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, managed services, and enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale NOC and SOC operations.
Drive Infrastructure Management Services and Cyber Security Services.
Own pre-sales, solutioning, post-sales delivery, and project management.
Build and launch new service offerings.
Strengthen client retention through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
Lead hiring, training, mentoring, and team capability development.
Ensure strong governance, SLA management, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to grow strategic accounts.
Required Qualifications:
Strong leadership experience in infrastructure and cyber security- Deep understanding of managed services, NOC, SOC, cloud, security operations, and enterprise IT
- Proven experience in pre-sales, delivery, account growth, and team building
- Strong commercial and operational mindset
- Ability to create scalable offerings and lead large customer engagements
Preferred Background
12+ years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services- 7+ years in senior leadership roles
- Strong experience in customer-facing technology leadership
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ITIL, PMP, Azure, AWS, Microsoft Security, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto are a plus
