Senior Odoo Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead business process analysis, Odoo implementation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across multiple Odoo modules and proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into Odoo functional solutions.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and Projects.
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle: discovery, gap analysis, solution design, UAT, training, and go-live.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define customizations and integrations.
- Prepare functional documentation, BRDs, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Manage client communication, expectations, and project timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo implementation and configuration.
- Experience in gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in implementation partners or consulting environments.
- Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (workflows, customizations, integrations).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
