Roles and responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic professional to lead concept development and campaign planning for brand activations, experiential marketing initiatives, ATL/BTL campaigns, corporate events, and integrated marketing projects. The role involves transforming client briefs into impactful campaign ideas, developing innovative event concepts, and creating compelling pitch presentations that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Understand client objectives, target audience, business goals, and campaign requirements.
- Develop strategic approaches for brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, corporate events, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create campaign frameworks and communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
Concept Development
- Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and engagement ideas for ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential campaigns.
- Design consumer engagement journeys and immersive brand experiences.
- Create unique event formats, activation mechanics, and storytelling approaches.
- Translate strategic insights into creative concepts and campaign narratives.
Pitch & Proposal Development
- Lead concept creation for client pitches and business development opportunities.
- Develop pitch decks, campaign presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with design and business teams to create visually compelling proposals.
- Present concepts and strategic recommendations internally and, where required, to clients.
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Servicing, Creative, Operations, Production, and Business Development teams.
- Participate in client briefing and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure concepts are feasible, scalable, and aligned with budgets and operational capabilities.
- Support teams during campaign execution to ensure concept integrity.
Innovation & Industry Insights
- Stay updated on emerging trends in events, experiential marketing, technology, entertainment, and consumer engagement.
- Introduce innovative formats, technologies, and engagement solutions into campaign planning.
- Maintain a repository of creative ideas, case studies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Advertising, Brand Activations, or Integrated Marketing.
- Proven experience in campaign strategy, concept development, and pitch creation.
- Experience working with brands across corporate, consumer, lifestyle, retail, or technology sectors is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
