We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media Editor & Designer to join our marketing team in the tourism industry. This role involves managing social media content, designing engaging visuals, and driving our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel and have a strong understanding of social media trends and design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage daily interactions, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
- Collaborate with the team to develop social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality visual content, including images, infographics, and videos, to showcase the company's travel services.
- Write compelling captions, stories, and posts that align with the brand voice.
- Stay updated with current trends to create timely and relevant content that resonates with the audience.
- Graphic Design:
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, and other digital assets to support various campaigns.
- Create visually appealing social media templates, banners, and promotional content.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s style guide and maintain a professional and polished look.
- Brand Building & Audience Growth:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase followers, reach, and engagement.
- Analyze audience insights and adapt content to cater to different demographics.
- Develop and execute influencer and partnership marketing strategies to promote the brand.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Optimize content and strategies based on performance data and adjust for better outcomes.
- Collaborations & Partnerships:
- Collaborate with travel influencers, bloggers, and tourism partners to create co-branded content.
- Engage with travel communities and tourism-related online groups to build the company’s presence.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Keep up with the latest trends in social media, tourism, and design to create innovative content.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and new opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, growth metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights to refine social media strategies and content creation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, brand-consistent content.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
