Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital HR management
- Experience in NABH accredited hospital preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing norms, statutory compliance, and employee documentation

Key Responsibilities of HR Executive1. Recruitment & Manpower Management
- Coordinate recruitment activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Screen applications, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment records.
- Ensure staffing as per hospital requirement and NABH norms.
- Assist in credential verification and employee background checks.
2. Employee Joining & Induction
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, ID cards, and employee files.
- Conduct induction/orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain personal files and confidentiality of employee records.
3. NABH Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HR records as per NABH standards.
- Ensure availability of:
- Job descriptions
- Competency assessments
- Training records
- Attendance records
- Vaccination records
- License/registration records
- Support departmental audits and NABH inspections.
4. Training & Competency Management
- Coordinate staff training programs, CMEs, and workshops.
- Maintain annual training calendar and attendance records.
- Assist in competency assessment and appraisal processes.
- Ensure mandatory trainings are conducted:
- Fire safety
- Infection control
- Biomedical waste management
- Patient safety
- BLS/CPR
5. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, duty rosters, and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts department.
- Maintain overtime and shift duty records.
6. Employee Welfare & Grievance Handling
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Promote positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
7. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Labour laws
- PF/ESI regulations
- Minimum wages
- Contract labour requirements
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
8. Performance Appraisal
- Assist in annual performance appraisal process.
- Maintain appraisal records and increment documentation.
9. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower and HR issues.
- Communicate hospital HR policies to employees.
10. Confidentiality & Professional Ethics
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Follow hospital policies, ethical practices, and professional conduct.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
