Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding documentation, bookings, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
