Purchase Head | Real Estate Industry
* Lead procurement and sourcing operations for real estate projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely material availability.
* Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives while driving cost optimization across projects.
* Manage vendor relationships, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
* Oversee inventory planning, logistics coordination, and compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
* Collaborate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency.
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while maintaining quality, reliability, and business continuity.
Experience Required: 8–10 years in the Real Estate Industry.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
