As a Talent Business Analyst, you are responsible for providing support towards stabilizing the newly transitioned HRIS and further its seamless adoption across the Business. This individual will help the Talent Business Advisory Team in managing the Operations part of the delivery of Talent services.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Talent Business Advisory team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing employee data transactions, corrections, and mass updates in systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other HRIS platforms
- Conducting audits, validations, and reconciliations of HR data to support data quality, governance, and confidentiality requirements
- Maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures to support consistent execution and transparency
- Preparing routine and ad hoc HR reports, including reporting support for headcount, attrition, and performance management needs
- Collaborating with teams across the employee life cycle, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management to resolve data and employee movement issues
- Supporting system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, data migrations, mailbox management, and other operational or project-based requests
The team
The Talent Business Advisory team supports the delivery of talent services through HR operations, process discipline, and data management across the employee life cycle. The team works closely with Talent, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to improve HR system adoption, maintain data quality, and support operational efficiency. Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, HR analytics, HRIS support, or employee data management
- Experience processing employee data transactions in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Experience performing HR data audits, reconciliations, validations, and data correction activities
- Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, process documentation, or work instructions
- Experience preparing routine and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools
- Ability to work 2 PM to 11 PM
Preferred:
- Experience supporting HR system testing, upgrades, data migration, or implementation activities
- Experience working with teams supporting payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, or employee life cycle processes
- Experience handling confidential employee data in accordance with data governance requirements
