The Production Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant API Specifications (API 6A, 5CT, and 7-2). The role ensures all manufacturing and service activities comply with international quality standards and customer requirements, while promoting continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for oilfield products, equipment, and components.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and lower operating costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and quality management systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Prepare production schedules, capacity plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support new product introduction, process validation, and production trials.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and company policies.
- Generate production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Train and support production personnel on process improvements and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or operations within the oilfield services or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of oilfield equipment manufacturing, machining, fabrication, assembly, or pressure-control equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as API Standards, ISO 9001, and HSE requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software tools.
- Strong knowledge in Engineering drawing/CAD/CAM software.
