About the Role
Joyzen Integrated Health is looking for an experienced and creative Video Editing Manager to manage and deliver high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience editing patient testimonials, treatment journeys, educational videos, and social media content.
The candidate should be able to convert raw footage into engaging, informative, and professionally edited videos while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality patient testimonial videos, doctor interviews, treatment journey videos, educational content, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the complete post-production process, including video editing, color correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, motion graphics, and final export.
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple editing projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain an organized library of video files, project assets, and edited content.
- Ensure all videos meet quality standards and are optimized for different platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and AI-powered editing tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing patient testimonial videos, interview-based content, healthcare, wellness, or documentary-style editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience in motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, color grading, and audio editing.
- Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or medical-related content.
- Understanding of video formats and platform-specific editing requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
