Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming booking calls & WhatsApp inquiries
- Guide guests about resort properties, packages & facilities
- Follow up with leads and confirm bookings
- Coordinate with resort operations team
- Maintain booking records and customer details
- Provide excellent customer support
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Confident on calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive & polite personality
- Fresher & Experienced both can apply
-> Hospitality or travel industry experience preferred
