Job Title: Site Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage construction activities on-site, ensure project execution according to plans, and maintain quality and safety standards. The Site Engineer will coordinate with contractors, supervisors, architects, and project managers to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards.
- Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.

Experience
Freshers to 2 years: Junior Site Engineer
3–5 years: Site Engineer
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential/commercial projects
- Knowledge of estimation and billing
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
Work Environment
Primarily site-based work
Full-time position with field coordination
Salary: Based on experience and project exposure
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
