We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee performance, product knowledge, customer service skills, and process compliance. The Trainer will play a key role in onboarding new hires, conducting refresher training sessions, and supporting continuous learning initiatives to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire induction and process training programs.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for employees across various levels.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, quizzes, and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions based on quality, productivity, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor trainee performance during nesting and provide coaching support.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and performance dashboards.
- Stay updated on process changes and ensure timely communication to employees.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
