About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing, graphic design, social media management, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and generating leads through paid marketing campaign
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms daily.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely execution.
Video Editing
- Edit promotional videos, reels, short-form content, testimonials, and educational videos.
- Add captions, transitions, graphics, and effects to enhance engagement.
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Create creative assets for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Meta Ads Management
Marketing & Reporting
- Track social media and advertising performance metrics.
- Create, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in digital marketing, immigration consultancy, education, or service-based industries.
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
