Job Brief
We are looking for a professional and vigilant Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. You will maintain a high-visibility presence, prevent unauthorized access, and handle disruptions calmly and effectively. The ideal candidate is observant, reliable, and capable of responding quickly to security or safety incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activities or disruptions.
- Control access points by authorizing the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify identities, issue access badges, and check visitor credentials or gate passes.
- Inspect buildings, gates, windows, and doors to ensure they are properly secured.
- Evict trespassers and violators, and detain perpetrators following legal protocols until authorities arrive.
- Write detailed reports tracking daily activities, observations, property damage, or unusual occurrences.
- Respond to emergencies like fires, medical crises, or security breaches immediately.
- Contact authorities such as police, fire, or medical responders when necessary.
- Provide customer service by assisting guests and staff with directions or information.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working as a security guard or in a similar law enforcement role.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local or regional regulations.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended shifts in various weather conditions.
- Strong observation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, for incident reporting.
- Crisis management skills to remain calm, professional, and authoritative under high pressure.
- First Aid/CPR certification is highly preferred.
- Clean background check and drug screening results.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Shift variations: Positions often include day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Location types: Work settings vary from corporate offices and retail centers to warehouses or residential complexes.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
