- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy codebases for improved performance.
- Ability to design modular and maintainable code to support long-term software sustainability.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to IBM AS/400 environments.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
