Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified offshore crew across all ranks, including Deck, Engine, Catering, and Specialized Technicians.
- Screen CVs, verify experience, and assess suitability according to MLC, STCW, ARAMCO, ADNOC, and client standards.
- Maintain a strong database of active and standby candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and client approvals.
- Follow up with candidates regarding documents, availability, and mobilization readiness.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Documentation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in offshore/marine crew recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent mobilization deadlines.
- Good understanding of offshore vessel requirements and client standards.
