Programmatic: 1. Building teaching resources 2. Fostering ties between industry and academia 3. Building skills of the support staff 4. Recommending reading/ films resources to the library 5. Hours of research per week and the same needs to be presented once a month 6. Identification and invitation to Guest faculty 7. Curating and organizing seminars and workshops 8. Supporting school events through participation and sharing of duties Academic: 1. Teaching - Lesson planning, class preparation, class hours, student assessment and feedback and documentation. 2. Researching on a range of topics relevant to the course and providing inputs during course planning 3. Planning out-of-campus workshops / visits 4. Streamlining course deliveries 5. Attending school events and garnering support for them 6. Encouraging and supporting participation and winning awards in external competitions 8.
