Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients courteously and professionally.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle basic documentation.
- Reception Area Management: Ensure the front desk is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Mail and Courier Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for queries—both in-person and over the phone/email.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
