- Managing complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing general office tasks.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries, and compiling data for decision-making.
- Conducting research, assisting with projects, and coordinating with other teams.
- Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related arrangements.
- Setting up and coordinating meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Provide administrative support for HR executives.
- General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter etc.
- Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documents.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
