- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific safety regulations
- ldentify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Organise safety training programs and awareness sessions for employees
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Drive continuous improvement in safety standards and practices
Required qualifications -
1. Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or
related fields.
2. Certification in safety
3. 5-6 years of experience in safety compliance or EHS roles
