Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Executive to drive B2B sales across the Delhi region. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client acquisition, and territory management, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and acquire B2B clients across logistics, transportation, manufacturing, construction, FMCG, and other target industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present Roadcast's fleet management and GPS tracking solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Roadcast at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in GPS tracking, IoT, SaaS, Telecom, Automotive, Logistics, or Enterprise Technology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned sales territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Delhi and nearby regions.
