JOB VACANCY: QUANTITY SURVEYOR for Ireland

Job Description: We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented, and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage all financial, estimating, and contractual aspects of our construction projects. You will focus on maximizing project efficiency, controlling construction costs, and managing material procurement.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct precise quantity take-offs and material estimates from structural and architectural drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budget breakdowns.
- Evaluate contractor progress billing, verify accomplished site works, and process change orders.
- Assist in procurement by analyzing supplier quotations and negotiating material costs.
- Monitor project expenditures against the baseline budget to minimize cost overruns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience specializing in construction costing, estimating, or quantity surveying.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with blueprint reading and structural specifications.
- Traits: Exceptional mathematical accuracy, sharp negotiation skills, and strong attention to contract details
Pay: ₹43,541.74 - ₹51,803.56 per month
