Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on market expansion, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
