Techmindz is looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Trainer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python Full Stack Development and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Python Full Stack technologies.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Train candidates in Python, Django/Flask, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, and databases.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises.
- Mentor students on live projects, coding standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with interview preparation, resume guidance, and placement activities.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve course delivery and learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Python Full Stack Development and/or Training.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Django and/or Flask frameworks.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of React.js is preferred.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web application development.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior training experience is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
