Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through multiple channels and platforms (not limited to Upwork).
- Utilize multi-channel strategies including LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, referrals, bidding platforms, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction.
- Manage proposals, negotiations, and deal closures independently.
