Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager with expertise in BLDC Motors, Servo Systems, and Electric Actuators. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical sales, application engineering, and industrial automation. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop new customers and business opportunities for BLDC Motors, Servo Systems, and Electric Actuators.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and BOMs.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Application Engineering & Technical Support
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable motion control solutions.
- Perform motor sizing and product selection using engineering tools.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with application engineering and factory teams for customized solutions.
- Deliver technical training to customers and internal sales teams.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, and End Users.
- Coordinate with Production, Service, and R&D teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 6–12 years of experience in Technical Sales and Application Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with BLDC Motors, Servo Systems, or Electric Actuators.
- Experience in industrial automation and motion control applications.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- BLDC Motors
- Servo Motors & Drives (Panasonic, Delta, Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rockwell, etc.)
- Electric Linear & Rotary Actuators
- Stepper Motors & Controllers
- Understanding of motion control applications including positioning, synchronization, and torque control.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and CANopen.
- Basic PLC programming and drive parameterization is an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
