A significant part of this role will involve overseeing the end-to-end supply chain management of a rapidly growing packaging business. - Experience in managing an end-to-end supply chain.
- Desired experience within a manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, providing forecast data as needed.
- Manage inventory by monitoring, replenishing, and expediting to ensure availability while maintaining the company's target holding levels.
- Apply solutions to protect products during all logistic operations (transport, loading, unloading, storage, and container feeding).
- Partner with sales, product, production, customer executive, operations and shipping to review and deliver orders promptly.
- Continuously improving the implementation of process integration points between planning and execution, particularly concerning ERP systems.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with different audiences, in particular with client senior executives and across global cultural environments
- Coordinate with the factory to ensure orders are completed efficiently and to schedule and meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule production of stock and bespoke projects, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Process all new suppliers, assemblies, purchase orders and deliveries into the business management system, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers
