What You’ll Own

Lead the development of scalable, maintainable frontend components using js, JavaScript, and Next.js
Take architectural decisions for UI layers, balancing performance, accessibility, and reusability
Translate complex workflows into intuitive, efficient user interfaces
Collaborate with backend teams to design and consume APIs effectively
Mentor junior developers (SDE 1s), conduct code reviews, and drive frontend best practices
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across pages and components
Contribute to shaping the design system and component library across products

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of strong frontend development experience, with a proven track record in building production-grade UIs using js, JavaScript, and ideally Next.js
Deep understanding of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+) and responsive design principles
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) and routing (React Router or Next Router)
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and understanding of asynchronous patterns and error handling
Strong debugging and optimization skills using DevTools, Lighthouse, or performance profilers
Exposure to CI/CD workflows using GitLab/Jenkins and familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
Bonus: Experience working with GraphQL, TypeScript, or frontend observability tools (Grafana, New Relic, ELK)

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Candidates with a strong project portfolio and relevant experience may also apply.

Job Description

Cold calling to prospective customer (Big Brands / Enterprise / Corporate) who wants to keep their product in our warehouses for doing their B2B, B2C and D2C Business
Understanding requirements of the customer and analysing profitability of the company while generating new business.
Arranging meeting
Doing feasibility study and preparing service contract with the prospective customer
Cross selling to existing customer and up selling
Ensure proper documentation and formalities in coordination with the On boarding team.

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM

Experience: 6-10 years

Industry Exposure: Any industry except edutech and hotel. Candidates from the experience of Enterprise Business / Consumer Brands will be preferred.

Pre-Requisite:

Cold Callings – 30/40 calls per day
Outbound Expert – Dig and get data and get meetings
Meetings – 2 Meetings per day
