To achieve optimum and targeted production. Ensuring proper run of Sleeve applicator
- Responsible for efficient and safe operation and running of Sleeve Applicator Machine - (Geihong, Daseing, Xuyuan) with rated capacity
- Responsible for operation of machine as per the standards of manufacturer, safety and statutory
- To Ensure uninterrupted inputs i.e. bottles from cooling tunnel, with proper sleeve height, water free & run SA at rated speed
- Cleaning of air blower Filters, cooling tunnel filters on regular basis as per schedule.
- Responsible for ensuring zero rejection at final Inspection/ sleeve applicator
- Responsible for preform, concentrate, closure & neck sleeve , body sleeve yields
- Record the daily m/c log sheet, logbook & other documents that may be required.
- Following maintenance procedures and activities as per the schedule daily/weekly/monthly/ annually.
- Ensure placing of sleeve on bottle as per specification & proper shrinkage at shrink tunnel. & date code of the filled bottle yields.
