Position: Content Manager
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week – Work from Office)

Salary: Up to ₹75,000/month (in-hand) (Negotiable)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic Content Manager to lead our content team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing content planning, creation, and delivery across platforms — ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned communication.
This role combines creativity with leadership, requiring the ability to manage writers, maintain content standards, and work closely with marketing and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers
- Oversee content strategy, editorial calendar, and project timelines
- Review and approve content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and quality
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams to align messaging
- Optimize content based on SEO and user engagement best practices
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Conduct regular content audits and implement improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a content team
- Strong background in content writing and editing
- Experience in content planning, strategy, and execution
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong leadership, feedback, and quality control skills
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing content practices
